Tube beading is one of our most popular services. We can add beads to tubing made from several different metals, whether it is a variety of steel, copper, or aluminium. We understand the properties of each material and alter the process to make sure we can produce the best results.

We can utilise either ram forming or internal roll forming processes to suit different requirements. For example if a large number of tubes are needed they can be ram formed to cut production time. Alternatively, if high tolerances are needed roll forming is the perfect option.

Other end forming processes are also available including reduction, expansion, and swaging. We provide the same level of accuracy and precision with them, ensuring the finish is to the highest possible standard.

On top of these services we also offer drilling, bending and manipulation. The latter two can be used to alter the shape of a section of tubing, making it curved or angular. We can even offer processes to create tube rings or spirals.

In addition to working with various types of materials, we are also comfortable dealing with different shaped tubing. For example we can adapt round, elliptical, square or even rectangular tubes. Whatever the shape we will ensure we retain it, anticipating the potential for warping and flaws.
